'Crust & Dreamery originated from a dream to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family established our pizzeria in 1985, beginning as a humble family establishment with recipes being passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft on her travels across Italy, learning from Naples, where pizza was born. Upon her return to the UK, her aim was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, employing classic methods with the best ingredients.
Starting out as a quaint 12-seater pizza shop, we've expanded into a cherished local eatery. Despite our growth, we’ve remained true to authentic preparation, still utilizing the original wood-fired oven techniques, daily freshly-made dough, and the finest produce available.
[['Crust & Dreamery']] is still run by the Bianchi family, with its second generation continuing the passionate legacy. Some modern touches have been adopted, yet the core remains: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that unites diners.
